Heynckes can count on Frederick

Leverkusen -
That was even faster than expected.
Manuel Friedrich has recovered from his calf injury, and mixed again yesterday in the team training with Bayer.
"It was already well off at him. Last Manuel had almost threatened an OP. If he does so on, he will be able to play Saturday against Gladbach, "said coach Jupp Heynckes.
Frederick was absent from the draw in Hanover and Berlin. As demonstrated just how painful it was missing and the value of the defenders for the Werkself is. This is rewarded. The contract extension is imminent. "We are almost in agreement," said club boss Wolfgang wooden houses.
Friedrich will extend his expiring contract to 2013. Bayer will leave for the winter break, however according to de Wit (to Kaiserslautern) and Gekas (probably Berlin) and Richard Sukuta-Pasu.
The Under-19 European Championship goes into the winter break for second division club FC St. Pauli. The 19-year-old is up to 30 June 2011 borrowed. Also a departure on loan from defender Lukas Sinkiewicz is not excluded. Heynckes: "Luke and Richy need match practice."
