Nowitzki is to provide authorization for World Cup wildcard

Bydgoszcz -
In the cabin were crying Germany's basketball giant still bitter tears after the EM-off by 68:70 against Croatia.
The day after the leaders practiced again in the presence of an EM blandish the German team with five defeats in six games.
"The guys have taken the German Basketball phenomenal here," enthused national coach Dirk Bauermann. So phenomenal that it against really big basketball powers such as Macedonia or Latvia clearly lost and won just one game against the lackluster first game even Russians.
Since they missed the exit and the direct qualification for the 2010 World Cup in Turkey, the Germans now hope to one of four wild cards - with Nowitzki during World Association as a valid argument.
DBB president Ingo Weiss: "With the return of Dirk, we will be a good candidate for a wildcard."
